MEXICAN LUNCHEON 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked (uncooked, almost 1 cup)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Saute sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet until sausage is done, drain. Combine sausage mixture and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
