8 lg. boiled potatoes, in jackets
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cool potatoes, peel and dice. Mix onion with sour cream, then rest of ingredients. Pour over and mix with potatoes. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 to 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
