BIMINI KEY LIME PIE | |
1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 to 3/4 c. juice from Key limes 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch Whipped cream topping Combine milk, cream cheese and lime juice in blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Add vanilla and stir into mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator until set (3-4 hours). Top with whipped cream before serving. Note: A food processor may be used, if the blender is full of Margaritas!! |
