BEEF BRISKET 
Garlic Salt
Seasoned Salt
Parsley
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can mushroom steak sauce
2 c. water

Sprinkle brisket on both sides with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and parsley. Put in oven with onion soup mix and water. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 4 hours, turning every hour, keeping water level up to 2 cups. Remove brisket, thicken juice, add steak sauce.
