SWEDISH SHRIMP VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. cooked shrimp (reserve some for garnish)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Optional: Fresh dill, chopped, to taste

Lightly toss together, chill thoroughly. Garnish with slices of hard boiled eggs and shrimp
