CRANBERRY PORK 
6-8 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. red wine
2 c. whole cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice

Brown chops with salt and pepper. Brush 9x13 pan with drippings. Add cranberries evenly in pan.

Combine sugar and cornstarch and sprinkle over cranberries. Drizzle honey over berries. Place chops on top.

Combine wine and lemon juice and pour on top of all. Cover securely with foil and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Remove chops to platter and garnish with sauce. Serves 6-8.
