PERFECTION SALAD 
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bell pepper or small jar diced pimento
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cabbage (shredded)
2 c. celery (diced)
Onion and cucumber (optional)

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve gelatin. Add sugar and salt while warm and stir. Then add vinegar and lemon juice. When mixture begins to stiffen, add cabbage and celery. Turn into mold.
