SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked peeled and deveined
4 med. size potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 or 2 green onions, tops included
3/4 c. reduced calorie Ranch style dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
