STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
8 oz. pkg. strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 bananas
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Thaw strawberries, soften cream cheese at room temperature and slice bananas ahead of preparing. Mix Jello with water. Mix fruit and juices into Jello. Pour 1/2 mixture into square pan. Let set in refrigerator until firm. Let other half of mixture set at room temperature. Mix cool whip, sugar and cream cheese. Spread over first half of firm mixture. Pour the remainder of Jello mixture over the top and refrigerate about two hours.
