BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. seasoned croutons of your choice
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese & (1 c. Mozzarella cheese, optional)
1 lb. sausage (brown & crumble)
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with croutons. Place sausage and cheese on top. Mix eggs and milk and pour on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
