MOCHA BARS 
Beat 4 eggs until thick; add 2 cups sugar and beat well, sift:

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water

Add alternately with flour mixture; spread in 11x17 greased jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. strong coffee

Beat and frost cake; sprinkle with ground peanuts (add a little graham cracker crumbs to soak up the oil). Optional: Cut in bars and frost all sides, then dip in ground peanuts.
