BROCCOLI WITH LEMON SAUCE 
2 lb. broccoli, fresh or 3 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. real mayonnaise
2 eggs
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cook fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli spears. Place hot, cooked broccoli on serving platter. For lemon sauce, in a small sauce pan mix together mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, salt, mustard, sour cream and paprika. Stir with whisk and cook over medium-low heat until thick and smooth. Do not boil. Drizzle sauce over the top of broccoli spears. Dust with additional paprika. Serves 8 to 10.
