EGG BAKE 
6 oz. Cheddar cheese croutons
4 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. fried sausage or ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease bottom of 9x15 inch or 3-quart casserole. Cover with croutons. Blend eggs, milk, and soup; pour over croutons. Top with sausage and cheese. LET STAND several hours in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes (or a bit more) uncovered.
