DANG GOOD PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
3 eggs (lightly beaten)
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut flakes
3/4 stick butter
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Stir together sugar, pineapple, eggs, flour and coconut flakes. Melt butter and combine with other ingredients. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until filling is set and brown.
