SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix all of the above ingredients, and place into 2-quart baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan. TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 2 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix topping ingredients. Place crumbled mixture on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
