PUMPKIN PIE II 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Turn oven down to 400 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. Makes 1 deep dish 9 inch pie.
