STUFFED POTATOES 
5 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
3/4 stick butter
3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt and pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese or parsley flakes

Bake potatoes until done, 1 hour on 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Slice in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out potato pulp and place in mixing bowl. Set aside potato skins. Add whipping cream, 1/2 stick butter and salt and pepper.

Using electric beater, whip on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Fold in bacon pieces. Spoon mixture back into potato skins. (5 potatoes usually fills 4 halves.) Top with either grated cheese or parsley flakes. Add a pat of butter to each one. Broil until lightly brown on top. 4 servings.
