FLAKY BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. skim milk
1/4 c. Puritan oil

Combine milk and oil - add dry ingredients. Stir quickly with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough on lightly floured board and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 450°F 8-10 minutes.
