BRAISED KIKKO-CHICKEN 
3 lbs. frying chicken pieces
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 stalks celery, chunked
2 carrots, chunked
1 med. onion, chunked
1 c. water
1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano, crumbled

Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil. Remove. Saute vegetables in same pan for 2 minutes. Combine rest and add to pan. Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
