SUNDAY AFTERNOON CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. real lemon juice or lime juice frozen concentrate
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 med. size Cool Whip, folded in
1 can cherry pie filling, flavor with 1/8 tsp. almond extract

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Top with cherry pie filling, leaving 1 inch ring around pie for a ring of Cool Whip on outer edges.

NOTE: This recipe will make two 9 inch pies or one 10 inch deep dish pie.
