2 sticks butter
4 c. sugar
1 c. skim milk
25 lg. marshmallows
1 (13 oz.) Hershey bar
1 (12 oz.) bag real chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

1. Mix butter, sugar and skim milk. Heat to warm (not hot).

2. Add marshmallows; heat to melt.

3. Bring all to a boil, remove from heat.

4. Add Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts. Stir until dissolved in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut.
