SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. mayonnaise

Cook spinach as directed; drain well. Mix all ingredients with spinach. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
