CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chili sauce (optional)

In medium skillet brown meat; drain off fat. Mix salt, oregano, peppers, garlic, crumbs, tomato sauce, onions, and green pepper. Fill pie shell with meat mixture and top with cheese mixture below.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
Sharp American or Monterey Jack (can combine both)

Beat egg and milk. Stir in seasoning and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
