PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. Lady Fingers
1 can pineapple pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Beat cream until stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture. Line sides and bottom of spring form pan with Lady Fingers. Put 1/2 of the mixture in the pan, then a layer of Lady Fingers, top with the rest of the mixture. Top with pineapple pie filling; or your favorite fruit. Chill in refrigerator.
