QUICK BUTTERSCOTCH ROLLS 
24 frozen dinner rolls
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
Cinnamon (optional)

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place frozen rolls in bottom. Mix brown sugar and dry pudding mix. Sprinkle over rolls. Sprinkle on nuts. Pour butter over all. Place in COLD oven overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Be sure to remove rolls while oven is heating). To serve, invert over large serving tray. This is a good project when entertaining grandchildren overnight.
