CRAN-ORANGE TEA BREAD 
2 c. unsifted flour (stir to aerate before measuring)
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 c. nutmeats
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter, melted

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add cranberries, nuts and orange rind. Beat egg slightly, add orange juice and butter and heat to combine. Add to flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch glass loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 to 60 minutes. Cool, wrap, store overnight before cutting.
