LEMON TEA REFRESHER 
1 pt. lemon sherbet, softened
1/3 c. instant tea powder
2 tbsp. sugar
3 c. cold milk
Lemon slices

Beat sherbet, instant tea and sugar with a mixer or blender until smooth. Add milk. Beat until foamy. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (10 ounce) servings.

Nothing is more warming on a cold winter night than a mug of steaming mulled cider, wine, or fireside glogg.
