CREAM PUMPKIN PIE | |
Graham cracker, ginger snap, or baked crust 3/4 c. sugar 2 beaten egg yolks 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. of ginger, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg 1 c. mashed pumpkin 1 1/2 c. milk Combine all ingredients, except for crust, and cook over low heat until thickened. Pour into baked or prepared crust. Refrigerate; serve with whipped topping or ice cream. |
