3 egg yolks
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. broccoli flowerets
3/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. cooked ground sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ready-made deep dish pie crusts

Beat eggs and yolks with half and half, add salt and pepper, and then blend in other ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is firm.
