TANDY CAKES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
Milk chocolate morsels
Chopped nuts (optional)

Mix first six ingredients together. Bake the batter in a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (check for doneness). Remove from oven and spread immediately with peanut butter. Refrigerate until peanut butter hardens.

Melt the chocolate morsels and spread on top of peanut butter. Top with nuts if desired. Cut into squares after chocolate hardens.
