FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Chocolate crumb crust, recipe follows

Makes one 9 inch cheese cake. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare chocolate crumb crust.

In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/3 cup Hersheys cocoa and 1/3 cup melted butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

Melt chocolate chips over very low heat or according to microwave instructions on package. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool; refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
