61. MOLDED CUCUMBER SALAD

Dissolve Jello as package directs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.

62. GRATED CUCUMBER SALAD

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add vinegar when firm, serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise and grated cheese.

63. GREEN CUCUMBER SALAD

Dissolve and cool Jello. Let partly set. Add ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.

Dissolve Jello and allow to partially set. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill a 3 1/2 cup ring mold or 9"x13" pan. Chill until firm.
