Better made a day in advance. Serves 6.

About 3/4 cup best foods mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onions. Chill well.

Mix together and refrigerate 10-12 hours or overnight. Colorful and popular!

Cook rice. Combine all ingredients and cool in refrigerator.

Serve on lettuce leaf.
