Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple, lemon juice, carrots, and nuts. Makes 6 salads.
Drain fruit well and mix. Sprinkle dry Jello over drained fruit; mix well. Fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
Add enough water to fruit ... boil, add to Jello. Stir remainder of liquid ... spread on Jello and let set. Children love this salad. Very good.
