Bake corn bread according to box directions. Cut into cubes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and serve cold. We use as a main dish.

Add all ingredients to corn. Chill at least 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado. Serve as a side salad.

Cook corn, covered, in boiling water ... remaining ingredients, stirring well. Toss gently with vegetables. Chill 8 hours. Serve with slotted spoon.
