Drain oyster and chop. Combine all dry ... Drop into hot oil by the tablespoonful. Fry until golden brown; will float to top, about 3-4 minutes.

Mix together chopped oysters, beaten egg and seasonings. Add just enough flour to hold together. Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease. Fry until golden.

Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil. Drop by tablespoon into hot oil and fry until golden.

Mix and add 1 1/2 cups whole small oysters (or chop large ones) drop in deep fat and fry to a golden brown.
