In separate pan, saute mushrooms ... another pan saute lobster only until coated in 1/4 ... seasonings to taste. Do not allow to boil. Serves 6.

Saute the lobster meat, juice, and 1/2 stick ... frying pan. Cook on low heat 1 hour or longer. The longer, the better. Serve with oyster crackers.

In a pan melt butter ... stirring constantly. Simmer over low heat and add lobster meat and simmer a few minutes longer until meat is hot. Serves 4.
