This is a thin, extremely piquant cocktail sauce that will forever destroy ... very well in the refrigerator. I usually quadruple the recipe.

Cut shrimp into bite size ... bowl combine shrimp, oysters, cocktail sauce, avocado, tomato, onion, lime ... lemon wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Beat together the ingredients for the cocktail sauce. Pour this over the shrimp or oyster. Serve in small cocktail glass.

Put all ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag. Shake and keep turning bag for 24 hours. Every few hours. Serve.



Layer in shot glasses in the order above. Kick back swallowing the oyster.

Clean the oyster shells with a scrub brush ... be opened and eaten directly from the shells. Serve with warm drawn butter and cocktail sauce.
