Kashi is purchased in a health ... sauce, wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Pour dressing over the cold Kashi just to taste and toss. Refrigerate.

Kashi is a commercial or homemade ... pan, covered for 5 minutes. Add to kashi with remaining ingredients. Cook 1 hour. 4 cups. Season to taste.
