DOUBLE LEMON SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
5 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
8 oz. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add lemonade (frozen concentrate), chill until Jello is almost set. Beat with mixer until frothy. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into a large mold that's been sprayed with Pam.
