ROCKY MOUNTAIN BEER CHEESE SOUP 
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. beer
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
Croutons

1. Put all ingredients in crock pot except croutons.

2. Cook on high 2 hours stirring occasionally.

3. Top with croutons before serving.

For variety add 1 cup steamed fresh broccoli for a broccoli-cheese soup.
