HONEY GRAHAM - PECAN COOKIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box honey grahams

Put all ingredients in pan and heat until butter is melted. Butter large cookie sheet; should be a jelly roll pan; grease jelly roll pan and arrange graham crackers broken in squares in jelly roll pan. Pour sugar and pecan mixture over crackers, trying to spread nuts on top of crackers and keeping most of filling mixture on top of crackers; bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes only. Put crackers in oven, wait until mixture starts to bubble, then bake 5 minutes longer. Let set in pan when taken from oven until mixture sets. Crackers set as they cool. Take from pan and finish cooling on wire racks.
