BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
4 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and place in 9"x13" casserole. Melt butter; add flour. Stir in milk; add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until thickened. Sprinkle broccoli with almonds and crumbled bacon. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Top it all off with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbling hot and browned on top. Serves 6 to 8.
