BITTER CHOCOLATE MOUNDS 
2 oz. baking chocolate
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. raisins
3 1/2 c. rice cereal

Melt chocolate in heavy pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the raisins and cereal; stir to coat. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper making 30 mounds. Chill in refrigerator. Once chilled, these may be kept at room temperature. Yield: 30 pieces.

Serving size: 2 pieces. Exchange: 1 fruit and 1 fat.
