CRANBERRY MARMALADE 
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 lb. cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. baking soda
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle pectin

Cut oranges and lemon in quarters and slice paper thin. In large saucepan, add orange and lemon slices to water. Add baking soda and simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer 10 more minutes. Combine 5 cups fruit and 6 1/2 cups sugar. Bring to a full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in fruit pectin. Cool slightly (10 minutes) and pour into jars. Makes great Christmas gifts!
