1/2 c. diced sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 lb. elbow macaroni 1 lb. hamburg 1 sm. onion, diced 1 can cream of tomato soup 1/3 c. catsup Cook macaroni. In large frypan, saute hamburg and onion, breaking up with a fork. Drain off excess fat. Drain macaroni and add to meat. Mix in catsup and tomato soup. Mix well. Add the diced cheese. Let simmer 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
