FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
8 maraschino cherries, chopped fine
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 bananas, mashed

Combine all ingredients. Put in cup cake papers and freeze in muffin tin. After frozen, remove and store in plastic bag in freezer.
