SPINACH SALAD 
2 or more spinach bunches
1/4 lb. crisp bacon, broken in bits
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 pt. fresh mushrooms
1 c. shrimp or crabmeat

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, diced
2 tsp. salt

Toss, chill and serve.
