1 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese to taste
Black pepper
Crushed garlic
Dried sweet basil
Hard-boiled egg
Dash of oregano
1 to 1 1/2 lb. thin round steak

Mix all ingredients. Fill steak, roll up and tie with white thread. Brown in skillet. Slice and arrange in baking dish. Spoon tomato sauce over meat. Put thinly sliced Mozzarella over all. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
