FRUIT PIZZA 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla & almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, almond. Add sifted dry ingredients. Place dough on 15 inch round pizza pan. With hands, spread dough evenly to edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until well blended. When crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture over it.

Layer assorted fruits over the cheese (banana, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, etc.). Canned fruit may be used if they are well drained and patted dry. Use a mound of grapes or berries at the center.

GLAZE:

2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice

Boil for 1 minute. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Spread over fruit. Store in refrigerator.
